4 Simple Steps to a Great Working Relationship

Your custom design is unique to what your business needs and wants. In general, the following information lists the steps that we take to make our business relationship professional and enjoyable.

Step 1

Consultation
The first step is to contact Geek Girl Web Design and we will discuss the details of your business and the design that you need. Our consultations take place via phone or email. If necessary, Geek Girl will make proper arrangements for a face to face meeting. After discussing the project, we will provide you with an itemized quote. There are no hidden costs and you won't receive an invoice for more than what we agreed on, unless you change the details or revisions included in our agreement.

Step 2

Approve & Confirm Your Design Project
If you approve the quote then we will electronically sign a "Terms and Conditions" agreement, which is securely sent through EchoSign. A 50% deposit is required before the project can begin and we accept payments via PayPal or by mail. Geek Girl strives to keep the Earth healthy so payments via PayPal and electronic signatures through EchoSign are the way to go!

Step 3

Design, Revisions, & Approvals
Once the deposit is made, Geek Girl and her team will take all of our notes and materials gathered from you and put their creative minds to work. A design will be created and sent via image file to you by email. You will then be able to critique this design. Once I receive your final approval on the custom design, we will implement it into a website.

Step 4

Final Payments & Transfers
Now that the design has been approved and coded into a fully functional website, I will need your final approval on the entire project. After you have approved your design project and made your final payment, we will post your website live for the world to see and provide you with FTP credentials and/or mail you a disc with all your files to you.
